a save never finishes
the post stays as a saving… card. postpalm tries again when you open the app and when your connection comes back. tap the card to retry right away. if it still fails, the post may be private or deleted, or the platform may be blocking requests for a while. try again later.
a video card is blank
some videos are in a format iphones can't play. postpalm converts them when it saves, which can take longer. if a card is still blank, delete it and save the post again.
postpalm is not in the share sheet
scroll to the end of the app row, tap more, and switch postpalm on.
i reached the free limit
the free plan has 10 saves a month and starts fresh each month. your saved posts stay yours. see pricing and plans.
my posts are not on my new phone
sign in with the same account. cloud backup is a paid feature. if you had it on, accept download your posts?. posts you deleted in the last 30 days can be brought back from recently deleted. posts that were never backed up only exist on the old phone.
notifications are not arriving
open the iphone settings app, tap notifications, postpalm and allow them.
the photos of a wishlist item look wrong or blurry
open the item and tap wrong photos? refresh them.
my phone storage is full
see offline and storage.
