purchases in the app
all purchases are made through the app store, so apple controls refund eligibility, review and payment reversal. use apple's official process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
cancelling a subscription
cancelling stops future renewal. your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel in your iphone's settings under subscriptions.
if a purchase is refunded
if apple confirms a refund, cancellation or reversal, the related plan may be removed from your account. your saved posts stay on your phone.
